"Appearance is crystalline, brilliant silver highlights with medium body. Intense roast agave on the nose. Green, vegetal aromas balance nicely with pear notes. Mouthfeel is mildly velvety. Strong, pleasant agave presence in the mouth. Finishes into numbing star-anise flavor and lingers. A nice, long finish."

For me, when I taste the Reposado, I get a 3 Musketeers bar which melts away smoothly. If I swish it around a bit, I expose black peppercorn and a bright earthy finish that’s somewhat reminiscent of the smell of soil after the rain. All of which I find extremely
pleasant. Being an agave geek I always appreciate a good blanco but I absolutely love how the barrel aging on the reposado extracts and strengthens the intrinsic chocolate malt of the spirit.

Cooking: Steamed in brick oven, 26 hours
Process: machine shredded and milled
Fermentation: 72 hours in stainless steel
Distillation: Twice through an alambique still
Aging: Reposado aged 10 months in French limousin oak wine barrels
Bottles: 100% recycled glass, blown in Tonala, Jalisco
